We offer psychotherapy, counselling and hypnotherapy from our offices in Llanberis.

Our therapist Lisa is UKCP accredited and offers brief models of therapy for a range of presenting concerns including: loss; relationship problems; eating disorders; weight loss; anger management; depression; anxiety.
Lisa is also a trained child and adolescent psychotherapist and can also help with behavioural problems, dyslexia and adhd.
Psychotherapy Training
We offer a 4 year pathway of psychotherapy training leading to accreditation with the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
We consider students from all learning backgrounds and we are able to consider previous learning or experience for APL.
