MacBook Repair
Had my Mac in for a check after it wouldn't boot up at all. Lee quickly worked out it is was a hardware problem but could reassure me all my files were okay.
He explained he could do the work to repair it but advised me to go to an Apple shop first as it was likely they'd repair the issue for free. I took it in and it's all been sorted no hassle.

Problems Installing Office 2016
I was having issues getting the new office to install. I found the Techy-Stuff website and decided to give them a call and see if they could help. I spoke to a very friendly guy on the phone and he explained he could connect to my computer remotely and see what the problem was. 20 minutes later he had fixed the problem, got Office installed and done a free health check to make sure i didn't have any viruses (thankfully i didn't). Excellent service with excellent prices and fast responses. Well worth bearing in mind if you have a problem with your computer.
